In order to be awarded an HCA sponsorship, one must present evidence of significant health challenges from a compromised bioterrain that have resulted in ongoing financial hardship. Along with an HCA Sponsorship Agreement, a Financial Assistance Application must be completed along with appropriate documentation as requested, and an interview with each recipient is conducted prior to approval for sponsorship. In order to qualify for and continue receiving support, recipients must remain in compliance with the terms and conditions of the HCA Sponsorship Agreement.
